Jonjo Shelvey became both the hero and the villain in yesterday's match against Liverpool. Has Laudrup ever shown the clip of his former national teammate Jesper Olsen?

Ask a Dane about the World Cup match against Spain in 1986 and most of them will mention Jesper Olsen. The former Manchester United winger helped Spain on their way to a 5-1 victory, serving the ball for the Spanish forward. Take a look 9 seconds into the clip below.

It must have been a deja vu for Laudrup when he saw Jonjo Shelvey serve the ball for two Liverpool goal's yesterday, and perhaps he should show his midfielder the clip from before. Take a look below to see how Shelvey helped his former club to a draw in Wales.

Despite a good career, Jesper Olsen has always been best known for his dreadful pass to a Spanish striker; let's hope that Shelvey will be known for something else than these two passes.

Liverpool has startet their season in great form winning their three first matches of the Premier League. Meanwhile, Swansea won their first match last week against West Bromwich. Tonight, the two sides meet for the first time this season.

How are the two teams form?

Liverpool is currently on a shared 1st with Arsenal and Tottenham after three matches and three wins. A single point is enough to take the lead in the Premier League until the weekend. The last three matches have been won with a 1-0 victory, and Daniel Sturridge have been the man behind all of the goals.

Meanwhile, Swansea started the season losing 4-1 to Manchester United, followed by a small loss to Tottenham Hotspurs. However, the Swans won their 3 first points last week against West Bromwich Albion and hopes to add another 3 tonight.

The last 5 matches between the two sides have ended with 2 Swansea victories, 2 draws and a single win for Liverpool.

What are the probable line ups?

Alan Tate and Neil Taylor is definately out for Swansea while Nathan Dyer is doubtful due to a hamstring injury. Meanwhile, Liverpool is without Sissoko, Coates and Johnson while Allen, Touré and Sturridge are doubtful. Luis Suarez is still banned.

Rangel - Williams - Chico - Davies

Routledge - Britton - Shelvey - Hernández

Bony

Coutinho - Lucas - Gerrard - Henderson

Enrique - Agger - Touré - Wisdom

What to expect from this match?

Swansea have had a good take on Liverpool in the past but have only won two small victories. Liverpool, on the other hand scored not less than 5 goals against the Welsh side last time they met at Anfield.

Given Liverpool's current form they go into this match as favorites for the win. However, Swansea is not an easy team to play against and can cause problems for the Liverpool defends. Especially Michu has done well against the Reds in the past.

What are the odds?

Bet365 is only one of the many bookmakers putting Liverpool up as favorites with a 13/10 bet. Meanwhile, Sportbetting gives a 12/5 on both a draw and a Swansea win.

The last couple of Friday's the Friday Five have listed 5 new players on different positions worth keeping an eye on during this Premier League season. Last week we took a look at the new midfielders; this Friday we are looking at the strikers.

5. Nicklas Helenius, 22, Aston Villa
Joined from Aalborg BK

Aston Villa went Danish this summer signing first Jores Okore and then the talented striker Nicklas Helenius. The Dane is a product of Aalborg's youth department and won his debut in 2010, 19 years-old. Since then, the Helenius finished second on the Danish top scorer list two seasons in a row and scored a total of 29 goals in 100 matches for Aalborg. Depsite being brought to Aston Villa as an developing player he has already gotten his debut in the Premier League. The Dane will hope for more chances, so he can make his way to the Danish national team where he currently is a reserve. You can read more about Helenius here.

4. Jozy Altidore, 23, Sunderland
Joined from AZ Alkmaar

The American-Haitan striker joined Sunderland from AZ Alkmaar this summer, and has been brought to Stadium of Light because of his ability to find the back of the net. The American striker has a past in Hull, Villareal, Bursaspor, New York Redbull and latest Alkmaar where he scored 51 goals in 93 matches. So far, Altidore has played 61 matches for the United States and contributed with 20 goals, why the expectations to his career in Sunderland are very high. The question is if he can make it in one of the best leagues in the world.

3. Ricky van Wolfswinkel, 24, Norwich City
Joined from Sporting Lisbon

Ricky van Wolfswinkel has always had an nose for goals! His career startet in Vitesse where the Dutch scored 8 goals before leaving for Utrecht where he found the back of the net 35 times in 80 matches. The amazing streak continued in Sporting where the striker added 45 goals to his account before joining Norwich this summer. So far, he has put the ball behind the keeper once, but we can expect much more from "the wolf". The Dutch striker seems to have a great future ahead of him on the national team, but it will be dependent on his career in Norwich.

2. Wilfried Bony, 24, Swansea City
Joined from Vitesse

Laudrup managed to land one of the best signings last season when Michu joined Swansea. This summer he found a partner for his Spanish star; Wilfried Bony from Vitesse. The Ivorian striker made his breakthrough in European football with Sparta Prague before joining Vitesse after 33 goals in 79 matches in Prague. In Holland, Bony just kept scoring goals and that was what caught Laudrups eyes. The Ivorian scored not less than 58 goals in 77 matches for Vitesse, and have already started his scoring spree in Swansea. Laudrup might just have made another brilliant signing!

1. Stevan Jovetic, 23, Manchester City
Joined from Fiorentina

The Montenegrin striker was for a long time linked with a move to Arsenal and Chelsea, but it was Manchester City that became Jovetic's new club. Jovetic is half Montenegrin and half Serbian, and it was in Serbia he started playing football. The striker is a product of Partizan Belgrade's youth department and made his way to the first team squad before leaving for Fiorentina. In Italy, Jovetic has played the role as secondary striker as well as the front runner, and became a star un Fiorentina. The statistic speaks for itself; 134 matches, 40 goals and 24 assists.

Frank Lampard will reach 100 caps for England when he steps into the limelight against Ukraine tonight.

The 35-year old midfielder had his England debut in 1999 in the 2-1 win against Belgium. Since then, Lampard has more or less become a star on the England team.

England manager Roy Hodgson have confirmed that Frank Lampard will start against Ukraine, and said to Skysports.com:

"I'm happy to be part of that. I don't think there will be many players who will play for England for two or three years, let alone 14 years."

The Chelsea midfielder has almost won everything possible on club level, but is still missing a trophy with England. Next year's World Cup might be his last chance for international success, and a win tonight will be important.

"By hook or by crook we have to perform, we have to work hard, we have to play well and we have to get the result," Lampard told Sky Sports News.

Frank Lampard will be the eight player to win 100 caps for England following Peter Shilton (125), David Beckham (115), Bobby Moore (108), Bobby Charlton (106), Billy Wright (105), Steven Gerrard and Ashley Cole (105).

Both Armenia and Denmark have a small change of making it to the World Cup, but they have to win the remaining matches in Group B and hope for other teams to fail. Tuesday, the two nations, meet for a very important match.

World Cup Qualification Europe Group B
Hrazdan Stadium
10-09-2013 @ 17.00 UK

How are the two teams form?

Armenia has surprised many during thisgroupstage, winning Denmark and Czech Republic. However, the Armenians have also lost against Malta, a match they were expected to win. However, the same matters for Denmark who have played a disappointing group stage.

Last round of the group stages, Armenia surprised against the Czech Republic while Denmark was lucky to get 3 points with them from Malta.
Armenia is 4th in the group while Denmark is positioned 5th.
How are the probable starting line ups?
Nicklas Helenius has taken over Nicklas Pedersens place in the Denmark squad, while Niki Zimling has been called up for international duty. There are currently no news about the Armenia squad.
Berezovsky
Haroyan - Arzumanian - Mkoyan - Hovhannisyan
Mkrtchain - Yedigarian - Ghazarian - Ozbiliz
Mkhitaryan
Movsisyan
-----------------------------------------------------
Makienok
Krohn-Dehli - Eriksen - Braithwaith
Zimling - Andreasen
Jacobsen - Kjær - Agger - Poulsen
Andersen

What to expect from this match?

Armenia outplayed Denmark tactical last time the two nations met, and hopefully the Danes has learned from the experience. Denmark was lucky against Malta while Armenia took a last minute win against the Czech Republic. Both teams have a chance in this match, but Denmarks defence will get some serious problems with Mkhitaryan, who is the big star on the Armenia team. I expect, however, to see a more equal match than last time the two sides met, but with a win to Armenia.

What are the odds?

Bet365 has Armenia as favorites with a 9/4 odds, while a draw gives a 13/5 at Bwin. Meanwhile, a Denmark victory gives a 11/8 at Coral.
