He has been down and out, hated by both Arsenal and Denmark fans, kicked down doors and thrown with glasses; but now Nicklas Bendtner has turned the table. Does he have a future in Arsenal?

He have always had the potential, the Big Dane, and he showed it in an early age when Arsenal sent him on loan to Birmingham. Here, the striker showed what he was best at; scoring goals. Since then, Bendtner has become better to make scandals than finding the back of the net.

Unsuccessful loan spells at Sunderland and Juventus, fighting and committing vandalism sent him out in the cold in Denmark where the Danish FA gave him six months ban from national duty. In Arsenal, Wenger lost patience with a man he had defended so many times and since last summer it has looked as Bendtner was to leave the club this month. However, injuries meant Bendtner got his - not second but perhaps tenth chance in the North London club - and this time he caught it. His goal against Hull followed up by some good performances has turned the fans from being against him to loving him. They now call him 'Lord' Bendtner, and the social media are going mad with Bendtner memes.

Unfortunately for Bendtner, and for the fans, the striker twisted his ankle after scoring against Cardiff two weeks ago. Wenger was quick to say that his January transfers depends on his injury, and with the Dane being out for six weeks as well as Walcott being out for the season, a new striker will arrive at Emirates. The question is if that will push Bendtner further back in the hierarchy? Wenger is considering to keep Bendtner at Emirates, but with the prospect of being a reserve might not be welcomed by the Dane. Furthermore, Bendtner will not get the same pay as his current contract offers. That said, he will not find a club willing to pay what he is getting at Arsenal.

The fans love him again, is that enough to stay for a man who seems to have grown up? Bendtner has six months to show that he deserves to play in Arsenal.

How are the two teams form?

After a winning streak of four matches in a row Manchester United lost 2-1 against Tottenham last round and against Swansea in the FA Cup. The Red Devils were beginning to find a great form and finds themselves only four points from top five. However, a win is needed against Swansea on Saturday to keep up the trail.

Swansea are thirteenth in the Premier League only four points from the relegation zone. Michael Laudrups troops have not won in their last six league matches why the FA Cup win against Manchester United yesterday was a late Christmas present for the fans.

What are the probable starting line ups?

Manchester United will have to do with out Fabio who is serving a ban while Fellaini, Nani and Van Persie, are all out with injuries. Furthermore, Ferdinand, Jones, Rafael and Rooney are rated doubtful for the match. Swansea are without Dyer, Michu, Monk and Vorm while there are doubts about Hernández and Lamah.

What to expect from this match?

Both teams are in need of three points, so one of the two sides will stand back in this match. Despite the result from last night, United should be favorites, especially given Swansea's current form. They might be struggling with injuries, but on paper the squad is still better than Swansea. That said, the Swans came back last night and will be eager to take two wins in a week at Old Trafford. I expect Manchester to be the dominant side in this match while Swansea will be living on counter-attacks.

The opponent is Cardiff who are currently fifteenth in the table with seventeen points after winning 1-0 against West Brom last week. Both sides are likely to stick with the starting XI as last round, which means Sterling, will start in the attack for Liverpool again. Liverpool is currently unbeaten in their last three Premier League matches before Saturdays meeting with Cardiff which in they will be favorites. The seat is hot under Sam Allardyce, and he will hope that his side can create a result against a Manchester United struggling to find their form. West Brom sacked Steve Clark after six matches without victory, and this will be the first without a manager for the side. With only two points from the relegation zone,  the Baggies are in need of a victory against Hull on Saturday. However, Steve Bruce and his side will give them a hard time as they with a win and other results going their way can go two positions up in the table. Bruce will most likely stick with the same side that have drawn in the last two matches. However, they should get three points this time.

Sunderland might have gotten a boost after winning against Chelsea in the Capital One Cup last night. However, they have still only won two matches in the Premier League this season placing them last in the table. The opponent on Saturday, Norwich, are unbeaten in their last two matches after winning against West Bromwich and drawing against Swansea last week. Looking at the table, Norwich are favorites, but the last ten matches have been equally shared with four wins for both sides and a single draw. Norwich are still without Ricky van Wolfwinkel and will have to put their trust in Hooper for this match. However, it is time for the former Celtic striker to shine for Norwich.

However, Villa won the last meeting 3-1 and are favorites against the Potters on Saturday. Kevin Mirallas is expected back in the starting Xi after Gerard Deulofeu picked up an injury last week. For Swansea,  the season have been a mix of up and downs, and they are currently positioned 10th in the Premier League. However, according to the two clubs past meetings the Swans shouldn't expect to get three points on Sunday as they have not won against Everton since 2002.

A clash between the two London giants is what we can expect on Monday. After the defeat against Manchester City,  last week Arsenal have to get three points against Chelsea if they want to keep the rivals and Liverpool in a distance. With Jack Wilshere out with a ban Theo Walcott is expected to start on the wing while the rest of the team probably will be unchanged. Chelsea lost against Sunderland last night but are expected to come to Emirates with a better starting lineup. This is one of the big tests for Arsenal and will show if they are contestants for the trophy this season.

Tottenham is looking for a new manager after Andre Villas-Boas left the club by mutual consent. The question is now who will take over the seat at White Hart Lane.

Glenn Hoddle

Odds: 10 

The former Tottenham midfielder with 377 caps for the club is the favorite for the job according to Oddschecker. The 57-year old manager was in charge of Tottenham from 2001-2003, where he brought them to the League Cup final, which the Spurs lost against Blackburn. Beside managing Tottenham, the Englishman have been in charge of Swindon, Chelsea, England, Southampton and Wolverhampton Wanderers but have been without a managing job since 2006. The fact that he has a past in Tottenham speaks for Hoddle as he is a name in the club. However, as he has not been coaching for some time it can be argued that the football world has changed since 2006 and that he might not get the best out of the squad.

Michael Laudrup

Michael Laudrup has made a name for himself in English football since taking over Swansea, and he has been linked with Tottenham several times the last couple of months. Already in his first season, in Wales, Laudrup managed to bring a trophy to Swansea, and the coach clearly have a talent for finding cheap players to develop with Michu as one example. Given Tottenham have spent a fortune in the summer, they could need a man as Laudrup to find the bargain deals. Furthermore, Laurdrup is still a big name in Spain why he might be able to get some Spanish stars to Tottenham. What speaks against Laudrup is his history of changing between clubs as soon as something goes against him and that he has a couple of years left of his contract with Swansea. That said, Tottenham should have the money to buy him out of that contract.

Fabio Capello

Odds: 6

With clubs as Real Madrid, AC Milan and Juventus as well as the English national team on his C.V. Fabio Capello would be a scoop for the Spurs. Capello will bring in some international experience and will be able to bring big names to White Hart Lane. On the other hand, the Italian is not known for bringing young talents forward. Furthermore, given Russia will be playing in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil he might not want to leave his job. Despite this, Capello would be a great name for Tottenham, and they might be able to persuade him to come back to England - this time to manage a club.

Odds: 4

According to oddschecker.com, the interim manager at Tottenham Hotspur is also the favorite to take over the job in the long term. The Technical Coordinator knows the club from the inside and has had his daily routines around the players and have been a part of the staff under the last couple of managers. He, therefore, knows the game and the pressure in the club. What speaks against Sherwood is his lack of experience as a manager as well as his name in the football world. He is not a man capable of bringing big names to Spurs as it is right nor. However, if Spurs are ready to let him have a go this season he can turn out to be the future man. For now,  he has the next couple of matches to impress the Tottenham board.

Both Southampton and Tottenham started the season in great form, but have since fallen back to mid-table positions, and for one of the managers this caused him the job. Sunday the two sides clash in what we believe can be Match of the Week.

How are the two teams form?

Southampton have played 1-1 in their last two Premier League matches against Newcastle away and Manchester City home. However, the Saints have now won since the 4-1 victory against Hull in the start of November.

After winning two Premier League and one Europa League match followed up the the humiliating 0-5 defeat against Liverpool yesterday, Andre Villa-Boas was sacked this morning. Despite a promising start and a great investment in the squad, the team never seemed to find the right form.

However, on Sunday it speaks for three points to Spurs as they have won the last two meetings between the sides.

What are the probable line ups?

Artur Boruc is out with a hand injury while Southampton also will have to look away from Nathaniel Clyne, Kelvin Davis and Daniel Fox who are all suffering from a knock. The last player on the Saints' injury list is Victor Wanyama who is struggling with a leg injury. For Tottenham, Emmanuel Adebayor is out with a knee injury while Younes Kaboul is suffering from a thigh injury and Harry Kane is sidelined with a bad knee. Furthermore, Jan Vertonghen is out with an ankle injury, and Paulinho is serving a ban.

What to expect from this match?

Despite winning the last two matches against Southampton, Tottenham are in my eyes not favorites in this match. They have just sacked their manager, which can be a good thing, but I don't see them changing their play in a week. That said, Southampton have not won since November and with their current form this could easily be the third draw in a row. However, as both sides needs three points to be even close to the top of the table they will have to come out and play some attacking football. Osvaldo and Lallana are the two players with most potential for goals in my opinion why Tottenham will have to mark them tightly. If they are capable of during so, the Saints will have problems in front. I expect this match to end as a draw, possibly 2-2.

What are the odds?

William Hill has Southampton as favorites with a 17/11 bet while BetVictor gives back 2 on a Spurs victory. However, most of the bookmakers predict a draw with a 23/10 at SkyBet and Unibet.
