1. David Beckham, LA Galaxy

David Beckham needs no introduction. His signing with LA Galaxy made top news all across the globe with the news of a 5-year contract worth 32.5 US million dollars. The money was well spent by the club as the high-profile acquisition paid immediate financial dividends long before Beckham even moved to America. On the pitch,  Beckham was a success as well with 98 caps and 18 goals and a number of trophies. Today, he is working on making a new soccer club in the MLS.

David Beckham is not completely done with football after ending his career; now he is working on a new
football club in Miami and is getting support from NBA star LeBron James.

When Beckham signed with LA Galaxy and the MLS they gave him the option to buy a new league franchise for $25m, and with plans to expand the league to 24 teams by 2020 it opens the door for the former England international. Today he got the support from LeBron James who already have an interest in football with a small ownership stake in Liverpool.

David Beckham have already scouted locations for a new stadium, and is at the same time looking for investors, whereas Lebron James can be the first. However, it might not be easy to get success with a team in Miami as the Miami Fusion played in Fort Lauderdale from 1998 to 2001 before the franchise failed due to poor attendance. Perhaps a NBA MVP as LeBron James can help Beckham to create attention around his team?

Manchester City is will also be a part of the MLS through a partnership with the New York Yankees creating the New York City FC.

The English veteran revealed earlier today, that he is leaving LA Galaxy after this season. However, this is not the end for Beckham.

The former Manchester United and Real Madrid midfielder has been a profile on the LA Galaxy team for the last six years, but told the Major League Soccer website: "I've had an incredibly special time playing for the LA Galaxy, however, I wanted to experience one last challenge before the end of my playing career."

All over the internet, fans are guessing on the next location for Beckham. Australia has earlier been named as the new home for the 'Becks', but if the midfielder is looking for a more lucrative offer China will be more attractive. The American league has experienced a major boost since Beckham and other European stars joined the MLS, and it might weigh high for Beckham that he can do it again in China.

Yesterday, Snoop Dog claimed interest in buying Celtic and add his best friend Beckham to the team. However, this seems very unlikely as the money doesn't seem to be there. Some fans are also opening the chances for seeing the veteran back in the English league system. Given his age, he will probably not be attractive for the top teams in the Premier League, but the midtable and bottom teams will see it as a scoop having Beckham on the team.

Becks also told the website that he was ready to return to the MLS, but this time as a part of the ownership structure. One thing is certainly for sure; Beckham will be playing his last match in the Galaxy shirt on the 1st of December.
