ARSENAL

Injuries: 1

Diaby is currently the only player on the injury list, and will be sidelined for about 9 months due to an anterior cruciate ligament injury.

Doubts: 1

Mikel Arteta sustained a calf injury against Wigan, and is rated very doubtful for the match against Newcastle.

ASTON VILLA

Injuries: 6

Marc Albrighton and Gary Gardner are both in lack of match fitness while both Ciaran Clark and Chris Herd  are sidelined with foot injuries. Meanwhile, Richard Dunne and Karim El Ahmadi are out with groin injuries.

Doubts: 1

Matthew Lowton is doubtful for the Wigan match due to a thigh injury.

Bans: 1

Chris Benteke is serving a match ban against Wigan.

CHELSEA FC

Injuries: 1

Ryan Bertrand is sidelined with a knee injury.

Doubts: 4

Eden Hazard, Marko Marin, Oriol Romeu and John Terry, are all rated doubtful for the weekend.

Ramires will be serving a match ban.

EVERTON

Phillip Neville is sidelined for the last match of the season. The veteran is out with a knee injury.

Simon Davies is sidelined with a hip injury, Ashkan Dejagah is out with an ankle injury while Mahamadou is out with a knee injury. Neil Etheridge is the last player on the injury list, sidelined with a leg injury.

Injuries: 5

Daniel Agger is ruled out for the last match of the season due to a back injury. Joe Allen and Steven Gerrard are also sidelined with shoulder injuries while John Flanagan and Martin Kelly are out with knee injuries.

Martin Skrtel and Raheem Sterling are both rated doubtful for the match against Queens Park Rangers.

Ryan Taylor and Haris Vuckic are both out with knee injuries while Massadio Haidara is out with a hamstring injury. Tim Krul is still unavailable due to a shoulder injury while the last two players on the injuury list are Shola Ameobi and Moussa Sissoko.

James Tomkins sustained a knock a couple of weeks ago and is still rated doubtful.

WIGAN ATHLETIC

Injuries: 6

Crusat Albert and Iván Ramis are both out with knee injuries while Ryo Miyachi and Ronnie Stam are sidelined with ankle injuries. The last two players on the list are Maynor Figueroa and Michael Pollitt.

Jean Beausejour is rated doubtful for the last match.

Injuries: 2

Abou Diaby and Lukasz Fabianski are still on Arsenal's injury list. The first is out for 9 months due to an anterior cruciate ligament injury while the latter is struggling with a rib injury.

Bans: 1

Olivier Giroud is serving his second match of his three match ban against QPR.

ASTON VILLA

Injuries: 5

Both Marc Albrighton and Gary Gardner are building up fitness after their long term injuries and are still unavailable for the weekend. Richard Dunne is still struggling with his groin injury and will be sidelined, along with Chris Herd for the rest of the season. The same matters for Stilian Petro who is battling leukaemia. 


CHELSEA

Injuries: 1

Oriol Romeu is the only player on the injury list. He will not be available for Chelsea for the rest of the season due to a knee injury. 

Doubts: 1

Marko Marin is finally back in match fitness following his thigh injury, but it still doubtful for the weekend.

EVERTON

Injuries: 1

Tony Hibbert is still unavailable for Everton, as he is struggling to get back in match fitness.

Doubts: 1

Darron Gibson is doubtful due to a knock, but is expected to play in the weekend. 

FULHAM

Injuries: 4

Simon Davies has been ruled out for two weeks due to a hip injury while Ashkan Dejagah is out for the season. Mahamadou Diarra and Neil Etheridge are also sidelined but might be back before the end of the season.

Veteran striker Dimitar Berbatov sustained a calf injury in the weekend, and is doubtful for Fulham's match against Reading. Sascha Riether is still doubtful due to a knock.

Raheem Sterling is rated foubtful for Liverpool's last four matches due to a thigh injury.

Maicon is rated doubtful due to an illness while Jack Rodwell is in lack of match fitness.




MANCHESTER UNITED

United veteran Paul Scholes is struggling to get back in match fitness for the next match. Meanwhile, Ashley Young is out for the season due to an ankle injury.

Doubts: 2

Nemanja Vidic and Danny Welbeck both missed last week's match against Arsenal due to problems. However, both are expected to be back for this weekend.

NEWCASTLE UNITED

Injuries: 5

Tim Krul, Davide Santon and Harris Vuckic, are all out for the rest of this season. Meanwhile, Ryan Taylor risks being sidelined for most of next season as well, due to a knee injury. Sylvain Marveaux is struggling with a groin injury, but is expected to return to training this week.

Andrew Surman is still sidelined with his knee injury while Norwich will have to do without Michael Turner, as well. Turner is struggling with a groin strain.

John Ruddy is rated doubtful as he is in lack of match fitness.

QUEENS PARK RANGERS

DJ Campbell and Andy Johnson are both out for the rest of the season, along with Shaun Wright-Phillips. Meanwhile, Andros Townsend is out with a hamstring injury but might be back for the weekend.

Doubts: 1

Christopher Samba missed the weekend's match against Reading due to an illness, but is expected to return this week.

READING FC

Injuries: 4

Akpan Hope is out with an ankle injury, along with Adam Federici. Jimmy Kebe and Jason Roberts can rest until the next season in the Championship. None of them is reported to be ready for any of the last four matches in the Premier League.


SOUTHAMPTON

Doubts: 1

James Ward-Prowse is rated doubtful due to a knock.

Bans: 2

Both Daniel Fox and Gaston Ramirez will miss the rest of the season due to bans.


STOKE CITY

Doubts: 1

Marc Wilson is doubtful for Stoke's next match against Sunderland, due to a hamstring injury.






SUNDERLAND AFC

Injuries: 4

West Ham United is currently without three players ahead of Saturday's match against Newcastle. James Tomkins is expected to return from his knock within a week's time along with Daniel Potts. George McCartney is out for the rest of the season with a knee injury.

Albert Crusat and Ivan Ramis are both out for the remain of the season with knee injuries. The same matters for Ryo Miyachi and Michael Pollitt. Meanwhile, Antolin Crusat and Roman Golobart are expected to return within a couple of weeks.

The Wednesday Update 24 April 2013

ARSENAL

Injuries: 2

Arsenal only have two players on the injury list this week; Diaby is out for the rest of the season with an anterior cruciate ligament injury while Lukasz  Fabianski has picked up a rib injury. The Polish goalkeeper is expected to start training again during next week.

Bans: 1

Olivier Giroud received a red card for dangerous foul play against Fulham and will be serving a three-match ban.


ASTON VILLA


Injuries: 5

Both Marc Albrighton and Gary Gardner are still in lack of match fitness, following their time sidelined. Meanwhile, both Chris Herd, Richard Dunne and Stilian Petrov are out for the season.
Doubts: 1

Reports suggest that Gabriel Agbonlahor is still doubtful following his thigh injury.

CHELSEA FC


Injuries: 1

Oriol Romeu is the only player on Chelsea’s injury list at the moment. The midfielder is out for the rest of the season, due to a knee injury.

Doubts: 3

Gary Cahill has returned to training after his knee injury, along with Ashley Cole who has been sidelined with a hamstring injury. Furthermore, Marko Marin has been struggling with a thigh injury but has returned to training.

EVERTON


Injuries: 1

Tony Hibbert is in lack of match fitness and will need more reserve football before he is ready to return to the Premier League. 

Doubts: 3

Victor Anichebe and Darron Gibson both was forced off with a knock against Sunderland, and there is currently no news about the players. Meanwhile, Phil Jagielka missed the match against Sunderland due to an ankle injury but is in play for the weekend.

FULHAM

Injuries: 4

Fulham's Ashkan Dejagah is out for the season with an ankle injury while Mahamadou Diarra will soon return to training after his knee injury. Meanwhile, as Damien Duff is expected to return to the training ground this week, there is still no news about Neil Etheridge and his leg injury.

 Doubts: 1

Sascha Reither received a knock prior to the Arsenal match last weekend and is still doubtful for this week. 

Bans: 1

Steve Sidwell saw red against Arsenal and will be serving a 4 match ban.

LIVERPOOL 

Injuries: 5

Joe Allen and Fabio Borini are not expected to return this season while both John Flanagan and Martin Kelly keep struggling with their knee injuries. Talent Raheem Sterling is also sidelined with a thigh injury but will soon return.



MANCHESTER CITY

Doubts: 2

Manchester City is currently without serious injury problems while Maicon is doubtful due to an illness and David Silva is struggling with a hamstring injury.




MANCHESTER UNITED

Injuries: 3

While United took their 20th Championship, Darren Fletcher saw it from the sideline along with Paul Scholes and Ashley Young. While Fletcher and Young are out for the rest of the season, Scholes will soon return to the training ground.

NEWCASTLE UNITED
Injuries: 6

Just as, Ryan Taylor was close to a comeback, the defender sustained a knee injury in training which will keep him out for the majority of the 2013/14 campaign. Harris Vuckic is also struggling with a knee injury and will not return this season along with Tim Krul and Fabricio Coloccini. Sylvain Marveaux and Davide Santon are both out for a couple of weeks.

Doubts: 1

Tioté is struggling with a hamstring injury, but is set to return for Newcastle this weekend.

NORWICH CITY

Injuries: 1 

The Canaries' Andrew Surman is sidelined with a knee injury for a couple of weeks.

Doubts: 3

John Ruddy is in lack of match fitness, but has returned to training. Meanwhile, both Michael Turner and Steven Whittaker was injured last weekend. 
QUEENS PARK RANGERS

Injuries: 3
