Arsenal

Injuries:7

Arsenal is without their first and second choice of goal keepers as Fabianski suffers from a shoulder injury while Szczesny has a new ankle injury. Chamakh is still out due to illness but should return shortly. The same matters for Frimpong, who is set to comeback late September, while Rosicky, Sagna and Wilshere are set to return early October.

Fulham

Injuries: 7

Another team with injury problems is Fulham. Richardson, Frei and Senderos, are expected to return next week, while there is a slight chance Diarra and Ruiz will be available this weekend. However, there is no return date on Davies and Dejagah.

Manchester United

Injuries: 6

Robin van Persie is back for Manchester United, but the lazaret still contains six players. There is no return date of Patrice Evra, while Phil Jones is known to be out for at least eight weeks. Rooney, Smalling, Young and Fletcher, will return late September early October.

Newcastle United

Injuries: 6
 
Coloccini had a hamstring injury revealed by Argentina FA on the 6/9 and will be out at least until the end of this week. Krul and Simpson are set to have their comeback within the next two weeks, the same matters Tiote. There is no return date of Vučkić, while Taylor will be out with an ACL knee injury until March 2013.

Aston Villa

Injuries: 5

Aston Villa is without Garry Gardner until May 2013, while there are still no news about Stilian Petrov and his acute Leukaemia. The three other listed players are Carruthers, Dunne and Albrighton. They are all expected to return to the training ground within the next couple of weeks.

Norwich City
 
Injuries: 5
 
Norwich is struggling with five injured players. There is a small chance Pilkington and Butterfield will be available for the weekend, while Lappin, Whittaker and Lappin, will be out for at least another week.

Sunderland

Injuries: 5
 
Johnson, Brown and Bardsley, are all set to return soon for Sunderland. However, there is no return date of Rose while Cuéllar could be ready for the weekend.

Queens Park Rangers

Anton Ferdinand is out with a Hamstring injury and has to undergo a scan to access the damage. The same matters for Fabio, while QPR fears to be missing Johnson for the rest of the season. There is no information known about Stéphane Mbia's injury and the length of it.

Tottenham Hotspur

Injuries: 4

The Spurs fans can look forward to see Scott Parker back on the training ground next week. On the other hand they will be missing Kaboul until December, while Gomes and Assou-Ekotto could be back this week.

Reading FC

Injuries: 3

Reading is still without Adam Federici due to his knee injury. There is still no known return date for the goalkeeper. Jason Roberts and Jimmy Kébé is also out for the weekend, but is expected to return next week.

Southampton

Injuries: 3

The former Celtic and FC Copenhagen defender Jos Hooiveld is out with a calf injury and is expected back by the end of this week. De Ridder and Cork are also expected soon to be returning.

Swansea City

Injuries: 3

Garry Monk is still unavailable for Swansea City. However, he is expected to return as soon as his match fitness is back. However, the Swansea fans will have to wait to see Bartley and Taylor back in action, as they both are out for a while.

Chico is serving his 3 match ban.

West Bromwich Albion

Injuries: 3

Goran Popov is rated very doubtful for the match against Reading this weekend. Steven Reed and Jerome Thomas will be unavailable.

Peter Odemwingie will be serving the first of his three match ban against Reading.

West Ham United is still missing Collison who is struggling to come back from his knee injury. It doesn't look any better for Carroll or Cole, who is out for an unknown time.

Jelavic might return for the Toffees this weekend, while Gibson will be out for at least a month.

Liverpool FC

Injuries: 2

Lucas is still out with his thigh injury, until November. Joe Cole might return from his hamstring injury next week.

Micah Richards and Samir Nasri is the only two injured players from Manchester City. Aguero should be back in action.

Injuries: 2

Both Jamie Ness and Mamdy Sidibe is out with a groin injury. They are both expected to be back next week.

Andy Wilkinson is serving a three match ban due to violent behaviour.

Chelsea FC

Injuries: 1

John Terry is reported to be struggling with his knee injury.

Wigan is without Antolin Alcaraz suffering from a groin injury.
