A few players has returned injured from International duty. Great Dane takes a look on the injury and ban status in the Premier League.









Arsenal 

Injuries: 8

Theo Walcott has returned from international duty, with a suspected broken rib. However, the winger can be ready for the weekends match against Norwich. Once again, Vito Mannone will guard the goal as both Fabianski and Szczesny are out. Kieran Gibbs is close to be ready for the weekend, after his thigh injury. The same matters Diaby, while Rosicky still is suffering from his leg injury. Sagna and Wilshere is close to be back in match fitness, but the fans have to have patience with the two profiles.

Newcastle United

Injuries: 8

Great news for Newcastle fans as Stuart Taylor, Fabricio Coloccini and Tim Krul, are reported to be back in the weekend. However, Alan Pardew has earlier said that Krul needs time. There is currently no return date of Ferguson, Gosling and Elliott while Vučkić is out for at least six months. Another long term injured player is Ryan Taylor, who is suffering from a ACL knee injury.

West Bromwich Albion

Injuries: 7

West Bromwich Albion has surprised most football fans and joined the top of the Premier League. This weekend they are facing Manchester City, and will need all the players they have. Luckily for WBA, all seven injured players are given a minimum 50% chance of playing. Lukaku and Ridgewell is very close to a comeback, while Jones, Brunt, Myhill nad Reid will be tested throughout the week. Jerome Thomas has returned to training this week and will  be available for the weekend.  

Fulham FC

Injuries: 7

Mladen Petric and Dimitar Berbatov are close to a comeback this weekend. Petric has been out with a calf injury and Berbatov with a bad thigh. The young talent Kerim Frei is back from his groin injury but is in lack of match fitness. The same matters for Ashkan Dejagah. There is still no return date of Ruiz, while Diarra is out until November. Davies is till out until January.

Liverpool FC

Injuries: 6

Liverpool is in critical lack of strikers after Fabio Borini returned injured from international duty. However, there is also good news for the hard tried fans as Flanagan and Enrique are reported to be close to comebacks. The same matters from Andre Wisdom who returned from England U21 with a shoulder injury. Lucas is set to return in November, while Martin Kelly is out until March 2013.

Injuries: 7

Ashley Young and Chris Smalling are finally close to a comeback for United, but they are both unlikely to play in the weekend. There is not return date of Powell, Lindegaard and Keane, while Jones is set to return in November. The same matters for the profile Vidic who is struggling with a knee injury.

Southampton FC

Injuries: 6

The talented Luke Shaw has been out with illness but should be ready for the weekend. The striker Lee has been struggling with an arm injury, but is also set to return soon. The same matters for Clyne, while Ramirez and Cork are set to return in November. There is no return date of Frazier Richardson.

Joey O'Brien and Winston Reid is set to return Friday, but is unlikely to play in the weekend. There is no return date of Diarra or Collison, while Demel is out for at least a couple of weeks. Ricardo Vaz Te is the only long term injured player in West Ham - he will be out until January 2013.

Stephen Ireland can play this weekend, after recovering from his broken wrist. There is still no return date of Bennett and Dunne, while Gardner is out until May 2013. Petrov is still fighting a battle against leukaemia.

Jacob Butterfield is still struggling with his match fitness, while Steven Whittaker and Simon Lappin are set to comeback this week. There is no return date for Robert Snodgrass while Harry Kane will be out until November.

Scott Parker was expected to return last month, but it seems he is still struggling with his Achilles injury. Both Naughton, Livermore and Assou-Ekotto, are set to return this week, but will be doubtful for the weekend, while Kaboul is out until December.

David Silva has returned knee injured from Spain duty and is doubtful for the weekend. Garcia, Rodwell and Maicon, is also injured, but the last two are close to a comeback.

Ryan Bertrand has been out with a cold, but can be ready for the weekend. Daniel Sturridge is struggling with a hamstring injury, while Frank Lampard is out with a knee injury.
