More players are getting fit for the weekend, while a couple of goalkeepers are still struggling. Here, is the Wednesday Update!

Arsenal

Injuries: 8

Szczesny and Fabianski is till out with injuries, the latter until January 2013. Diaby, Walcott and Rosicky, is set to return on the 3rd November, while the two defenders Gibbs and Sagna can be in play for the weekend. The same matters for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain who is suffering from a hip injury, and will be spared to night against Schalke 04.

Southampton FC

Injuries: 7

Danny Butterfield was rules out last week, but is set to return from his knee injury on the 27th October. The same matters for Lee and Shaw, who has been out with an arm injury and illness. There is currently no return date for Daniel Fox or Fraizer Richardson, while Gastón Ramírez and Jack Cork will return early November. 

Bans: 0

Aston Villa

Injuries: 6

According to fantasyfootballscout.co.uk, there is a 75% chance for Ciaran Clark and Enda Stevens to be playing in the weekend. Meanwhile, there is no return date of Baker, Dunne or Petrov, while Gardner is out until May 2013.

Manchester United

Injuries: 6

Shinji Kagawa picked up a knee injury last night against Braga, and there is still no date of a return for the Japanese. The same matters for goalkeeper Anders Lindegaard and the talented William Keane, the first is struggling with a hand injury and the latter a knee injury. Vidic, Smalling and Jones, are are set to return during November.

Fulham FC

Injuries: 5


Kerim Frei is still in lack of match fitness but will return soon. There is still no return date of Duff and Rui, while Grygera can return to training this week. Simon Davies is still out with his hip injury until January 2013.

Liverpool FC

Liverpool is probably without their first choice in goal, José Reina, who is out with a hamstring injury. John Flanagan is still in lack of match fitness, while Lucas will be out until late November. Bonin and Kelly will both return in the new year.

West Bromwich Albion

Injuries: 5

Nothing new for WBA, as Thomas, Jones, Brunt, Myhill and Reid still are set to return on October 28th.

Manchester City

Injuries: 4


David Silva is the only injured player in Manchester City, who has a return date. The winger is struggling with a hamstring injury, but is set to return on the 27th of October. Jack Rodwell is out with a hamstring injury as well, while Maicon has an injured foot and Garcia has a thigh muscle injury.

Bans: 1


James Milner is serving a one match ban after receiving a red card for a professional foul against West Bromwich Albion.

Newcastle United FC

Injuries: 4


Newcastle will have to do with out four players for the next couple of weeks. There  are no return dates of Dan Gosling or Robert Elliot, while Vuckic and Taylor is unavailable until at least after new year.

Tiote is serving a three match ban after committing a dangerous foul against Sunderland.

Reading FC

Injuries: 4

Reading is close to have Adam Federici and Noel Hunt back in action, according to fantasyfootballscout.co.uk. Meanwhile, there is no return date of Tabb and Karacan.

Tottenham Hotspur

Injuries: 4

The four injured Spurs players are Dembele, Assou-Ekotto, Parker and Kaboul. Unfortunately, there is no return date on any of them except Younes Kaboul who is out until December 2012.

West Ham United

Like in Tottenham, West Ham has four injured players and only one of the have a return date. The player is Ricardo Vaz Te who has a dislocated shoulder and will be out until January 2013.

Everton

Injuries: 3

Toffee's fans can look forward to have Fellaini, Gibson and Tony Hibbert back in action very soon. They are all set to comeback within the next two weeks.

However, Everton has to do without Steven Pienaar for this weekend, serving a one match ban.

Norwich City

Injuries: 3

Harry Kane is out with an ankle injury for an unknown time, while Butterfield and Whittaker is struggling finding their match fitness.

Queens Park Rangers

Injuries: 3

Kieron Dyer and Fabio are out for the weekend, the first with a calf muscle strain and the latter with a hamstring injury. Johnson will be out until March 2013.

Glen Whelan and Mamady Sidibe is out for an unknown time.

Sunderland AFC


Injuries: 2 

Wes Brown and Titus Bramble are both in play for the weekend's match against Stoke.

Kyle Bartley and Neil Taylor are the only two injured players in Swansea. However, they are both out for a long term.
